This product is a high-chromium cast iron wear-resistant composite material developed by our company.

It not only maintains the hardness and wear resistance of high-chromium cast iron, but also improves the overall toughness of the material. The wear-resistant composite material is created by bonding a layer of tough carbon steel to the high-chromium cast iron base through an optimized composite process. When subjected to impact, the carbon steel layer effectively buffers and absorbs substantial impact energy, significantly enhancing the material’s impact resistance while preserving its superior wear-resistant properties.

NI Hard Liners & Blocks

Based on ordinary white cast iron, adding 3.0% to 5.5% nickel and 1.5% to 10.0% chromium creates a hard and wear-resistant microstructure consisting of martensitic matrix + M3C carbides. Nickel-chromium chilled cast iron demonstrates superior wear resistance compared to regular white cast iron, making it widely applicable in industries such as mining, power generation, cement production, ceramics manufacturing, and foundry operations.
